Thank you for booking us for your wedding. Shortly after you submit this booking form we will email you confirmation of your booking along with details about how you can make your deposit payment - which is £150 for Wedding Videography - and/or £150 for Wedding Photography. Around two months before your wedding day we will send you our client questionnaire so we can confirm all of the arrangements. Terms & Conditions

Depending on which of our services you book we will provide you with:
Wedding Videography: an edited 4K wedding video lasting up to one hour (unedited footage is not provided), and/or Wedding Photography: 200 hi-resolution wedding photographic images.

Additional costs will be incurred:
- if you request any additional optional services i.e. extended attendance time.
- if you make any changes to your original Booking Form that increase our time commitment.
- if a download link expires and a new digital download link is required, there will be a charge of £30 for us to prepare and provide each subsequently requested download link. Please note, initial download links will expire after 30 days.
- if you request any preferential editing amendments further to receipt of your digital downloads or USBs. Please note, the initial editing process is carried out at the discretion of The Wedding Studio.
- if the music tracks you supply to us to use in your wedding film are not in .mp3 or .m4a format. Please note, where music tracks are provided in an incorrect format there will be a one-off charge of £19 to re-format your music files, added automatically to your account.
- if we incur bank charges as a result of returned payments provided by you. A fee of £25 per returned payment is applicable.

- if you book singing waiters, because of the additional editing time required, there will be an additional fee from us of £60.
- if we incur paid parking and/or and/or Toll fees and/or Congestion Charge fees. These will be charged back to you at cost price.

- after sending your wedding film and/or wedding photographs to you we will store the edited footage and/or images in our cloud-based archive. Should you require a copy of your wedding film and/or wedding photographs at a later date (after we send you your initial download link/s) we charge an archive fee of £24 per year (or part year). Please note, we make no guarantees about storing your wedding film and/or wedding photographs indefinitely.

Wedding Videography: Please note, on your wedding day we will video as much footage as possible - and it may be the case that we can produce an extended wedding video for you. If you would like to purchase an optional extended wedding video utilising the additional edited footage, this is entirely up to you and there is no obligation. Additional edited footage, over and above that which is provided with our wedding videography package, is charged at £24 per four minutes.

The account balance must be paid two weeks before your wedding day at the latest. 

Our cancellation charges are as follows:
- before the balance payment has been made, our cancellation charge is limited to the amount of the deposit payment, which is non-refundable. 

- after the balance payment has been made, our cancellation charge is limited to 50% of the total amount paid. So in the event of a cancellation after the balance has been paid we will refund 50% of the total amount paid. 

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by email.

We recommend that all clients take out comprehensive wedding insurance to protect themselves from incurring costs in the unlikely event you have to cancel your wedding.

Please note, a wedding date for our services may only be considered as booked once we have received a completed online booking form and the required deposit. Any deposit payment received for a wedding date which is no longer available will be returned to the sender with no liability to either party. Whilst we will aim to fulfil your requirements we cannot be held responsible or liable for any failure to provide any of our services where that failure is a result of circumstances beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any lack of coverage, including that caused by restrictions placed on The Wedding Studio by any officials, including those conducting your wedding ceremony and venue holders on the day. In the unlikely event of total failure or cancellation of the booking by The Wedding Studio, liability shall be limited to a refund of all monies already paid for those services affected. In any event, no consequential loss will be incurred by The Wedding Studio.

Wedding Videography: Your completed wedding video will usually be sent to you via download around six weeks after your wedding date. Wedding Photography: a link to your online wedding photo gallery will usually be sent to you around two weeks after your wedding date. Your completed wedding photo images will usually be sent to you around one month after your wedding date. Please note, the time-frames specified can increase depending on the time of year. Where after your wedding date we have not received your music files, or there is an outstanding balance owed, completion of deliverables will only be scheduled upon receipt. Subsequent transmission of your downloads and despatch of any USBs you order, will then be subject to availability in our schedule. You must report any queries with your downloads/USBs within four days of transmission/postage of them from us to you.

Copyright clearance for any still photography and/or music used in the production of your wedding film is your responsibility.
